If you are not happy with the purchase of Evelyn Piper branded and/or labelled leather, gold, silver or stainless steel items you can return it in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for an exchange or store credit. A receipt or proof of purchase is essential.
Where you do not have a receipt or proof of purchase an exchange or refund onto a gift card may be offered. Exchanges are permitted for an equivalent or higher graded item only.
Store credit is given credit towards a future purchase of an equivalent or higher graded item.
Please be noted that items showing visible to the naked eye signs of wear, or those that have been altered and/or resized by a jeweller other than Evelyn Piper, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.
This policy does not apply to items purchased with Coupon Codes or any item that was purchased during a “Sale” at a reduced price.
Returns with no Return Code issued by Evelyn Piper, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted, and this policy shall no longer apply.
